Samsung Smart Utsav 2016

1. The “Smart Utsav Offer”(“Offer”) is provided by Samsung India Electronics Private Limited.
2. The Offer is valid in pan India except where prohibited by law. The Consumer Electronics offers are not valid for the State of Kerala during the Offer Period.
3. The Offer is valid from 15th September to 5th November 2016 (both days inclusive) (“Offer Period”). For purchases in the State of West Bengal,Assam,Orissa and Samsung branch office areas of Vijaywada &Vizag,the offer is valid from 1st September-5th November 2016.
4. The Offer is applicable on select models of Consumer Electronic products,as detailed in the Annexures respectively (collectively called as “Products”). The offer shall be applicable on purchase of the Products from Samsung Exclusive Stores,select Multi Brand Stores,Modern Trade Stores &leading electronics (hereinafter called as “Outlet”).
5. The offers shall be applicable only on genuine Products of Samsung purchased from authorized Outlets only. The Offers shall not be applicable on purchases made from third party ecommerce portals.
6. There are two kinds of offers being offered to the customers during this Samsung Smart Utsav–
