Terms and Conditions:
Lucky Draw:
1.Each day’s lucky draw is valid on purchases made using the Flipkart Mobile App on that day.
2.At the end of the day, a lucky draw will be conducted based on unique email addresses of users who have shopped using the Flipkart Mobile App during that day.
3. 10 lucky winners will be each be issued a Flipkart e-Gift Voucher worth Rs 10,000.
4. The winners will be announced via email & Facebook within 14 working days of their purchase date.
The gift voucher can ONLY be used to purchase products listed by the seller WS Retail Services Private Limited on the Flipkart Mobile App. The gift vouchers will have a validity of one year from the date of issue.
In case the customer returns the product on the basis of which they were eligible for the lucky draw, the offer is deemed invalid.
In case a product is returned post disbursal of the e-Gift Voucher, the voucher will be void.
The lucky draw is conducted at the sole discretion of Flipkart.
In case of any disputes, the final decision will rest with Flipkart.
Flipkart shall not be, in anyway, responsible if a Gift Voucher is lost, stolen or used without permission.
The e-Gift Voucher cannot be used to purchase other e-gift vouchers or any physical gift vouchers.
A maximum of 3 Gift Vouchers can be used per order.
Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed for Cash or Credit.
If the order value exceeds the Gift Voucher amount, the balance can be be paid by Credit Card / Debit Card / Internet Banking / ATM Card.
This lucky draw is open for residents of India only.
However, residents of the State of Tamil Nadu and wherever else prohibited by law, shall not be entitled to participate in this contest.
